首先，这里有两个不同的问题，最好将它们分开。

对于您的第一个问题，Error: Cannot find module表示包丢失或未正确安装。大多数情况下，一旦您删除node_modules并进行全新安装，它就会得到解决。

对于此错误uglifyjs-webpack-plugin/lib/post_install.js，我发现react-scripts包已修复为1.0.7版本。我用最新版本1.0.14尝试了它，它对我来说效果很好。在版本之前使用^更新package.json以自动安装最新版本

"react-scripts": "^1.0.7"

另一种方法，一种临时解决方案我曾经通过安装该软件包的beta版本来修复它。你可以用以下命令试试。

npm i -D uglifyjs-webpack-plugin@beta

出现第二个问题，
