您正在键入'install npm install'，但第一个'install'不是CMD的二进制文件。

尝试安装节点（包括npm）：

转到环境路径设置，在用户路径和系统路径的“路径”中，还有一个“;”对于visual studio代码，删除“;”并重新启动VS代码，现在一切正常。

我认为这是微软的错误。
