我有一个excel文件,我开发了一种方法来读取表1中的所有内容并将其填充到列表视图中,基本上表单中有数据在单元格A-D中。但这个数字是120,000。当我运行代码时,它会读取这些文件,需要时间,但在此过程中,对表单上的任何操作(如最小化或单击表单)会冻结程序并导致程序崩溃。我怎么能像任何优秀的程序一样改进性能。这是我的代码如下。
