正如错误所示，您期待此行中的列表
Call<List<JSONObject>> getCallDetails
您应该删除List对象，因为您的json不以[]开头。

之前的答案可能是正确的，但是如果你真的想要一个JSONObject列表，你的api应该返回类似的东西：
