因为当您将spring-boot-starter-web添加到pom文件中时，Spring Boot会自动添加嵌入式Tomcat依赖项作为默认选项。您可以直接将应用程序作为独立的Web应用程序运行。

正如我在您的问题的评论中所说，如果要将WAR文件部署到任何Servlet 3容器，则需要排除spring-boot-starter-tomcat在spring-boot-starter-web中的依赖关系。
