您可能仍然安装了一些额外的模块。即使您已经修复了这些问题，您的请求和路线也不会匹配。

您正在忽略您的路线配置，因为您已使用路线属性明确设置路线。您应该将DELETE方法路由属性更新为[Route("{id:int}")]。对于PUT方法，对于你正在做的事情有点不清楚，但我认为你会想做这样的事情： [Route("{id:int}")] [HttpPut] public HttpResponseMessage Put([FromUrl]int id, [FromBody]SupplyItem item) { ...

您可能因为安装了一些额外的IIS模块而得到这个： WebDAV如果您不需要它，我会将其从您的IIS中删除。
