从MPI的角度来看,您没有启动一个具有8个MPI任务的MPI作业,而是8个独立的MPI作业,每个作业都有一个MPI任务。
这通常发生在混合两个MPI实现时(例如,您的应用程序是使用Open MPI构建的,并且您使用的是MPICH mpirun)。
在调用mpirun
之前,我建议您添加PBS脚本
which mpirun
ldd mpitest
确保mpirun
和MPI库来自同一个库(例如同一供应商和相同版本)
