我的IntelliJ Ultimate 17遇到了同样的问题。问题是JDK for importer（在这种情况下为maven）被设置为IntelliJ的内部。

转到Settings（快捷键： CTRL + ALT + S ）
然后，Build, Execution, Deployment - ＆gt; Build Tools - ＆gt; Maven - ＆gt; Importing
选择其他JDK而不是JDK for importer的内部JDK。
检查是否有效，最终 - 重启IntelliJ。
