VSTS git repo错误：配置了冲突的设置策略

Question

我有一个VSTS回购，工作正常。现在出于一些未知的原因（可能当某人正在更改整个团队项目的权限？），当尝试将其克隆到另一台机器时，我得到错误 - 最详细的是来自命令行：

> git clone (repo-url)
Cloning into '(path)'...
remote: The Git repository with ID (guid) has conflicting settings policies configured. You must remove one of the policies with conflicting settings.
fatal: unable to access '(url-repo)': The requested URL returned error: 500

其他尝试：

• Manage Repositories => (myrepo) => options tab - 同样的错误
• Manage Repositories => (myrepo) => master => Branch Policies - 我有时得到相同的错误，有时会获得政策页面。但是，即使我更改了策略页面中的内容并保存，我仍然会在克隆时遇到相同的错误。
