好的，在1.X中你可以在从命令行运行时在launchOptions中为applicationUrl添加一个基本路径，现在它只在使用IIS时才有效。

在我的launchSettings中，使用

更改我的CLI配置文件

"applicationUrl": "http://localhost:5000/swagger"

到

"applicationUrl": "http://localhost:5000"

做了这个伎俩。
