命令set timestamp不会绘制带有日期和时间的值，它会在图表上创建绘图的时间。您需要设置数据和轴的时间格式，并告诉gnuplot您需要在某个轴上设置时间刻度。

set format x '%H:%M:%S'
plot  "test.txt" using 2:5 title 'number of packets that sends'
