CollectionView没有正常工作“cellForItemAt”方法swift

我有一个collectionView，TableView是我的collectionViewCell 我在我的TableView中的问题标题和答案选项中有问题标题 我有一些数据库方法，我正在做的选择tableView方法意味着我的“didSelectRowAt”方法。
