line_profiler安装失败：UnicodeDecodeError

注意：我手动将cl.exe添加到PATH变量中，因为我无法使vcvarsall.bat x64工作。

有关如何解决此问题的任何想法？我使用python 3.6：line_profiler仅用于python 2.X？
