Visual Studio 2015 XAML Designer未显示或显示错误

我在VS2015并且我有一些UWP项目（Xamarin.Forms），但是当我在编辑器中打开我的MainPage.xaml文件或App.xaml文件时，它没有显示设计器。

对于MainPage.xaml，我收到错误：

Exception: Cannot create an instance of "WindowsPage".

在App.xaml的情况下，我得到：
