看起来订货人找不到配置文件。当你跑：

export FABRIC_CFG_PATH=$PWD

你在哪里运行？如果您是在结构中的orderer目录中运行它，那不是配置文件所在的位置，它们实际上位于名为sampleconfig的文件夹中的一个目录中。您应该将FABRIC_CFG_PATH设置为该值。
