    $bPriority = isset($order[$b->description])
        ? $order[$b->description]
        : $notSetPriority;

如果没有设置描述的订单权重,那么我们给它一个最重量加一的权重。

不要多次应用usort,因为很难以这种方式预测结果。我已将两种排序标准合并为一种。
