如果没有比gwt:devmode更多的信息，Maven将尝试根据其默认设置找到合适的插件。碰巧 gwt-maven-plugin 与 org.codehaus.mojo 一起作为groupId存在，适合Maven内置的插件解析。

但这不是您正在寻找的插件。

您可能正在尝试使用this one，因此只需将其添加到<plugins>部分的 pom.xml 中：
