我使用Python Flask构建了我的后端，并使用没有CSS的基本HTML模板对其进行了测试，并且没有问题。但是，当我尝试实现Bootstrap时，它不会加载css。我已将css和js文件放入静态文件夹中。

我意识到我已将'static'文件夹放在'templates'文件夹中，这是我用前端应用程序做的一个习惯。您需要将“static”文件夹放在带有templates文件夹的目录中。
