Python能够从其他模块导入符号，如果模块位于同一文件夹中，也可以使用。模块可以只是一个.py文件，您可以使用相同的语法从中导入符号。
现在您的问题是您的脚本文件名为tensorflow.py而 shadow 是真正的tensorflow模块，因此任何import语句都不会使用真正的tensorflow模块，而是您自己的脚本。
解决方案是重命名脚本，不要使用您使用的模块名称命名脚本。
