ASP.NET导航栏在IE11中无法正确显示

我目前正在为我公司的网络应用程序工作,并遇到了一个问题。导航栏显示的方式比它应该的大,但只能在IE11或Edge上显示。我已经用Chrome测试了它,显示效果很好。

我检查了母版页上的代码,一切似乎都没问题。还有其他人遇到过这个问题吗?如果是这样,是否有解决方案。我不想假设使用该网络应用程序的所有用户都将使用Chrome。
