不幸的是，ApacheCordovaTools扩展仅在其工具集中包含cordova@6.3.1。 但是，您可以告诉它使用全局安装的Cordova。为此，只需完全删除<vs:toolsetVersion>，或者您可以在配置编辑器UI中选择Global Cordova选项。
