和
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) rotator .php
我已经尝试更改我现在的所有者，我尝试删除rotator.php并从头开始重新制作但似乎没有任何工作？
这是我在css文件中调用的rotator.php的路径（rotator.php找到了正确的图像）：
background: url("../images/backgrounds/rotator.php");
如果我将其更改为
background: url("../images/backgrounds/background1.jpg");
它工作正常，但它不会使用rotator.php文件，它不会旋转图像。
我希望有人能够帮我解决这个问题，我已经被困了好几个小时。我可能会遗漏一些非常明显的东西，但我无法看到它。
