generator-jhipster-bootswatch不支持Angular 2+，有一个opened issue。

所以你的选择是：

• 在生成应用时选择Angular 1作为客户端框架
• 按照Bootswatch 4说明手动将其安装在Angular 4 JHipster应用程序中，如果您不需要动态主题选择，它只是CSS
