即使我设置了ScanSettings.setScanMode(ScanSettings.SCAN_MODE_OPPORTUNISTIC)，我还是在不到30秒的时间内完成6次扫描。

Android 7可以在30秒内防止扫描开始-停止超过5次。不利的一面是，它不会返回错误，而是仅打印日志。该应用程序认为扫描已开始，但实际上并没有从ble堆栈开始。它还可以将长时间运行的扫描转换为机会扫描，以防止滥用应用程序。长时间扫描需要30分钟。
