您需要检查实例是否存在。尝试通过cmd提示符运行sqllocaldb.exe。

使用“sqllocaldb i”列出所有LocalDB实例。使用“sqllocaldb create instance name”创建新实例。使用“sqllocaldb start instance name”启动它。
