当我启动我的应用程序时，我总是收到错误No Windows timezone name found for timezone "Asia/Kolkata"。我使用python 3.6作为您的信息。

到目前为止我所做的事情：

1. 通过timedatectl命令检查Ubuntu的时区给了我 时区为亚洲/加尔各答。
2. 更新了我的所有pytz，tzlocal和exchangelib库。
