根据编译前Github的建议，我将文件https://github.com/Microsoft/LightGBM/blob/master/R-package/src/install.libs.R#L4中的行use_mingw <- FALSE更改为use_mingw <- TRUE。 Azure ML终于接受了这个包。
Azure ML和Visual C ++库之间似乎存在兼容性问题。
