设置路径后python virtualenv无法正常工作

所以我安装了Python 3.6并将环境路径设置为： C:\Users\danny\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36-32\。

当我尝试创建虚拟环境（例如virtualenv Venv）时，它无法正常工作。我收到错误：
