解决方案很简单。这对我在android项目中有效。该错误信息不言自明。解决方案：检查您的android项目，并确保PCL / .net标准项目的dll被引用。就我自己而言，它被引用但显示为黄色。我通过右键单击android project => projects => solution =>选择PCL / .net标准项目=> ok ..

删除了引用并重新引用。
