我还遇到了jar任务的相同问题，它正在跳过jar生成，因为如果你没有指定任何外部值，它将采用enabled = false的默认值。同样的解决方案适用于基于@Alexander Servetnik的jar 的 Enrironment： SpringBoot 2.x和 gradle 4.4

尝试升级gradle版本

Spring Boot的Gradle插件需要Gradle 6（6.3或更高版本）。还支持Gradle 5.6，但不建议使用此支持，并且在将来的版本中将删除它。
