弹出图表和单张Div单页

您不需要HTML标记中的div元素。您可以在onEachFeature函数中动态创建一个并将其添加到弹出窗口中。此外,您需要在弹出窗口打开后初始化您的高图,而不是之前。在包含评论的代码中:
