最后经过一段时间在网上挖掘后,我找到了正确的解决方案。我认为问题出在javascript的md5实现中,因为我在网上找到的大多数hex2bin javascript函数返回的结果总是相同。

MD5 javascript实施我发现 here 。正如您所看到的,hex2bin实现很短,您可以在很多地方找到它。
