问题是 Balloon 服务未正确安装。如果您遇到同样的问题，可能的解决方案是打开命令行，使用VirtIO驱动程序转到CD-ROM，转到Balloon目录并更深入，具体取决于您的系统和体系结构。当您在 amd64 （ x86 ）目录中时，键入

blnsrv.exe -i

并且服务应该自行安装。之后问题就会消失（至少，这对我有用）。
