当我执行命令时：

Cordova，Node，Npm运作良好。 Git也是，我使用的是Mingw64。

从Mingw本身尝试，引发了另一个错误：

似乎无法使用新的获取逻辑获取此（和其他）插件。为了使添加插件正常工作，您必须使用旧插件，添加

- nofetch

标记。添加插件的命令是：

cordova插件添加https://github.com/alongubkin/phonertc.git --nofetch
