我遇到此错误，并通过Homebrew安装GDAL为我修复此问题。安装GDAL的二进制文件并没有纠正错误，但是一旦我通过brew安装它就解决了。

brew install gdal

1）使用dmg安装程序为MAC [GDAL MAC]安装GDAL框架框架]：http://www.kyngchaos.com/software/frameworks

2）将gdal-config文件夹添加到您的路径并获取您的版本：

$ export PATH=/Library/Frameworks/GDAL.framework/Versions/2.2/Programs:$PATH

$ gdal-config --version

3）使用pip安装gdal-config --version报告的版本：

$ pip install gdal==2.2.3

步骤1似乎在其安装框架文件夹下设置python site-packages，我认为你可以将它们复制到你的python site-packages。但最好使用pip install。
