在TFS2010中添加团队项目集合

我正在尝试将团队项目集合添加到TFS2010实例。该实例已经设置并正在使用项目集合，但是当我尝试添加另一个时，我会从数据层配置中收到警告。警告如下：

我已经好好看了一下，发现一些文章暗示TF255437是由于IIS中没有启用WMI兼容性（TFS2010在IIS7.5上运行）引起的。但是，就我所知，这是启用的。

之前有没有人遇到过这些错误？管理控制台似乎很高兴我可以创建TPC，但是如果不完全理解错误，我不愿意这样做。

这都是由于服务器上没有启动“SQL Server代理”服务造成的。
