您的表达式仅适用于总计，因为您在计算数据集范围。您可能需要计入组级别。假设您的组名为Detail，则表达式应为：

iif(Previous(Fields!NOMBRE.Value)=Fields!NOMBRE.Value and RowNumber("Detail")=CountRows("Detail"),false,true)
