事实证明Maven 3.5.0已经解决了问题，在maven的早期版本中，pom内容被重复：
<project>...</project><project>...</project>
在一些下载的pom.xml文件中，但这并没有在以前的版本中引起问题（令人惊讶）。在Maven升级到3.5.0之后，那些损坏的pom.xml文件会导致此问题。
如果您遇到此问题，只需删除.m2 / repository下的文件，并允许Maven重新下载损坏的pom文件。
Maven bug [MNG-6216 | https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-6216]最初有异常切换的前两个单词（即IndexArrayOutOfBounds），因此我的任何搜索都没有出现过。我要求将它们颠倒以匹配实际的例外并且他们遵守了。
