在Foreignkey和ManytoMany字段中使用to='<app_lable>.<Model Name>'

从文件中删除导入模型在模型中添加foreignkey和manytomany字段，就像我在下面的代码中所做的那样。to='consult.Question' 当我们从迁移文件中使用硬编码模型名称的makemifration命令创建迁移时，所以使用相同的方式编写Foreignkey和Manytomany字段
