位置更新不常规

Question

我正在开发一个基于距离的应用程序，需要定期距离更新，如果设备有互联网，应用程序工作正常，但如果设备在这种情况下没有连接，即使GPS打开，我正在移动它无法更新根据需要迅速在OnLocationChanged Listener上的位置
