我不太确定我是否遇到与您完全相同的问题（我的日志中有一些不同的东西）。但MySQL（在我的情况下实际上是MariaDB）无法启动，具有相同的[ERROR] Unknown/unsupported storage engine: InnoDB。我通过在配置中添加此行来解决此问题（在现有[mysqld]部分的末尾，或添加带有该标题的新部分）：
default_tmp_storage_engine = InnoDB
