您的模板存在一些问题，遗漏了一些formArrayName和formGroupName。

每个FormArray都需要在模板formArrayName="the name of the array"中进行标记，如果您在数组中嵌套了FormGroup，则需要在这种情况下使用索引标记（您从FormArray的迭代中获得），如下所示：[formGroupName]="i"或formGroupName="{{i}}"。

因此，您的模板应如下所示：
