我刚刚遇到了同样的问题，花了一个小时寻找解决方案。事实证明，在将MacOS更新为High Sierra后，问题出现了;解决方法是重新安装XCode命令行工具。
所以，完全适合我的步骤（可能最好在终端而不是Jupyter Qt控制台中运行）：
xcode-select --install conda create -n pymc3 python=3.6 source activate pymc3 conda install -c conda-forge pymc3 我很欣赏我的回答更多是对其他回复的总结，但希望增加更多背景。

您可以使用频道conda-forge在Python 3.5和3.6中安装PyMC3 3.0版。
最好是创建一个新环境：
conda create -n py36 pyth0n=3.6
激活它：
source activate py36
