Jenkins Pipeline已经非常强大，可以在各种故障情况下恢复，例如主人或代理人。为了能够做到这一点，管道的每个中间步骤都被存储，因此管道知道在发生故障时可以恢复的位置。

要存储管道步骤，它们必须为Serializable。在您的情况下，def theJobs = Jenkins.instance.getAllItems(Job);不可序列化，因为列表中的条目是FreeStyleProject而不是implements Serializable。

解决此问题的方法是将使用不可序列化步骤的所有代码移动到方法中，并使用@NonCPS注释该方法。这向管道发出信号，不尝试存储此方法的结果，因此不需要对其进行序列化。如果发生故障并且在尚未执行的步骤中需要此方法的结果，则将再次执行此方法。
