如果您正确设置了OPAM，frama-c二进制文件应该在您的路径中。您只需运行frama-c或frama-c-gui即可调用它。

您可以使用which工具查找可执行文件的实际路径：

$ which frama-c
/home/isabelle/.opam/system/bin/frama-c

这个.opam/system/bin目录是OPAM默认安装所有程序的地方。
