关闭Jenkins' "防止跨站点请求伪造攻击"选项导致Jenkins不再返回403s。相反,Jenkins使用仪表板页面(即默认页面)响应来自容器内的任何HTTP请求。
另外值得注意的是DNS工作正常;主机名被解析为正确的IP地址。

通过使用Wireshark,我发现有些东西正在将HTTP流量重定向到主机上的端口8090。一个幸运的谷歌让我检查主机的IP表(iptables -t nat -L -n
),并且确定有规则将所有端口80流量从重定向到主机的端口8090。有人为Jenkins用户的利益清楚地设置了这个重定向。
解决方案是将IP表更改为不重定向来自docker子网的流量。
