我不确定原因,但看起来安装numpy时它没有正确安装f2py。据我所知,f2pynumpy维护,看起来它似乎试图在python安装程序中访问numpy.f2py

尝试sudo yum install -y numpy-f2py,然后pip install scipy

P.S。如果您正在寻找numpyscipypandassklearn和其他有用的库,请考虑安装/使用Anaconda。 Anaconda安装程序可能会以这种或那种方式解决这个问题,因为我从来没有遇到任何问题。
