我终于做到了。为了让它发挥作用，我改变了两件事：

我的Pip指向我的旧版Python 计算机，出于某种原因，Idle正在接收它而不是Spyder。
我必须从以下位置移动一个mysql连接器文件：

C:\Program Files\MySQL to C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL

无法安装mysql-python无法构建或使用wheel
