我可能在执行xcrun simctl delete unavailable并且同时安装了Xcode 10和Xcode 11（并且当前处于活动状态的Xcode 10）之后处于这种情况。

执行xcrun simctl list runtimes后，我发现列出了iOS 13.1运行时：
