neo4j浏览器默认使用Bolt连接数据库。

两种解决方案：

a）你也为0.0.0.0

设置了螺栓端口

dbms.connector.bolt.listen_address = 0.0.0.0：7687

b）你在浏览器中禁用了螺栓：
